Not a good post-Thanksgiving Day

Back story - this past summer, before vacation, I noticed that I was getting tired.  Not the sleep for a few hours tired but the I-have-to-sit-down-tired-frequently-tired.  Plus some vertigo.  Thought the exhausted tired was from not enough protein, proof being I felt somewhat better after having some chunky soap.

Fast forward to yesterday.  I cooked, not a big deal but did not cook nearly the amount of food I usually do.  Thought that might have been an effect of going to Weight Watchers, something was sinking in.

Today's game plan was stop at Office Something or Another to get a wireless printer and go to work, toiling in the trenches of Amazon.  That was 86'd at 10:00 when I realized I was the -have-to-sit-down-tired.  Tried getting my electrolytes under control.  3 litle sips of Propel and we were off and running, literally.  I gave up the ghost a little before noon and called it in.  First time I have called off of work since starting there a year ago.

I have found this to be an effective means of losing 5 pounds in a relatively short time.  Don't even know if I will make it out tomorrow.  Still on my first bottle of propel, I have eaten a roll.

My husband?  He was out and back home from Office Something or Another before I was even awake.  He got the last of the 3 printers that were in stock.

Thats how I've been the past few mos too - shit, just going to the grocery store tires me out so badly I need a nap! lol

Since you get better with the Propel - could it be anemia?
