I'm seriously thinking about painting the walls at the new house I'm moving into. I signed a year lease and I plan on staying there for several more years (since I have this job with HP that I never want to get rid of and UNC is right down the street). Is it fairly reasonable or should I put a lot of money into savings for it etc? I've never done it before!
