Ultrasounds are boring without a baby inside - they don't hurt though.

A number of years ago I went for an ob/gyn appointment, the U/S machine was in the room and my name had been typed it. I was like - huh, I'm just here for a checkup - anyway she ended up using it - I had a fibroid tumor at the time. But it was the first time I'd ever had one.

What kind of surgery are you inquiring about?

I've been asking my doctor's for a bone density scan for about a year. No one (doctor, ob/gyn, 2 endo's) has agreed to it yet. Sigh.
