This is so frustrating

I upgraded to more pictures.  I made what seems like hundreds of thumbnails.  It won't let me upload any pictures.  No error message, no nothing, no pictures.  I followed what I thought were the directions, browse, open, proceed, nothing.  Grrr.  So frustrating.
