Hurry up and Wait
This is the hard part. Waiting to hear from the sellers regarding our offer - where we did ask for the world just to be able to seem to be very giving on what we would compromise on.
After to signed our life away, we found out that the listing agent was having an open house. We played dumb and traisped on through. Even after I told her we were working with someone, she still kept trying to sell me houses listed in her office. Lady, I know everything available in our price range and needs. She asked for everyone to sign iin so she should have figured out we were playing her by now.
They don't have to respond to us until Tuesday at 5 pm. Hopefully it is just a counter offer and we can go from there. I don't want to have to go through writing up another bid. I can give up the pool usage fee, ability to go after seller later on down the line if damaged was discovered that they knew of. I can even give up va funding fee if necessary.
I've made the mistake of mentally putting in our furniture. I have figured out the cost to add Pergo to living room, dining room, master bedroom. We have found applicances. I have relocated the clothes line.
I want this house. Sure it needs work but it is big.
