I've been dropped

I went to the local Mom and Pop drugstore to fill all our prescriptions. It was going to take an hour so I killed the hour in the used bookstore (got tickets of see Maynard Ferguson next week). Went back and seems Group Health (an hmo from hell) dropped me. They, of course, blamed Mark's employer. Mark's employer, of course, is blaming Group Health. No one seems to know how/why my insurance coverage was terminated. Life is so much fun.

They are teasing me with the "S" word forecast. I know Nicole doesn't want to hear this but I really, really, really want some snow. We had about an 1 or so right after Christmas, they promised me 4 to 8 inches New Years Eve and took that away. Higher hills got some but not much. A couple of days ago, they put the snow back in the forecast. I got really spoiled last year by our 2 feet in 1.5 weeks. We loved it, it stayed around for about a month. We have the new cars and I want to see what they can do in the snow. Donuts anyone?

Chick, seriously. There is so much snow here, and you are welcome to come and take what you please. You and [livejournal.com profile] tjoelyn (also in WA, by the way) - what is UP with you two wanting snow?!

We don't get snow that often here, it is rare. Where does tjoelyn live? We had quite a bit of snow last year at this time but that was it for the entire year. There was nothing the year before. If tjoelyn is on the west side of the state she probably hardly ever sees snow (just rain).

[livejournal.com profile] tjoelyn lives in Valleyford, Washington. Now, that info doesn't really mean anything to me... but maybe it makes some sense to you. ;-)

She is northeast of me, south of Spokane (pay attention, there is an Air Force Base there). Not a bad drive, maybe 2 1/2 hours away.

That name is so close of Valley Forge. Wonder if the person who named the town had a bad accent and it was supposed to be Valley Forge?
