I just wanted to post my positive thoughts for your husbands safe journey & service, and that he is returned safely to you when his tour is over. I can't even imagine what you're going through - I am thankful every day that my husband completed his service before meeting me, and I've never had to deal with him leaving for long periods of time.

I read through a few pages of your journal this morning after reading this post from [livejournal.com profile] chelelev, and you really touched me - I couldn't just not say anything ;)
