Peter Boyle passed away. I have adored him since Joe and realized what a wonderful comedy actor he was in Young Frankenstein.

I know I need to update, this job takes more out of me than I thought it would. I go in early today (at least I got tons of sleep so should be able to last the full 13 hours there) and have tomorrow off.

Christmas can not come soon enough.

They are already freaking out. At least I am not working Christmas Day when I would have to explain to little Johnny why Amazon ruined his Christmas. I do have my cute little head elf script worked out in my head if they actually put little Johnny on the phone.

I think I will dread more the calls after January 31st, when they can no longer return the gift they didn't want.

They have us working all these hours for a call voulume that I don't think is that bad (but the hold time is longer than what Amazon wants of 60 seconds). The least they can do is put a couch somewhere for us to catch some sleep. I have to be in at 11 am two days next week, have a two hour break and then do my 10 hour day. I will really need the couch those days.
