We have a new bike

We are at a Goldwing event. I have never been that happy with Mark's 85 GW, it was better than the Kawli but I did have serious GW envy for the nicer, prettier bikes. A group of us went up to the base to see a submarine exhibit. I was bitching that I just didn't feel right on the back of our bike. One of the guys let me ride back with him, piece of cake.
One of the local dealerships had a display with a 2005 1800 GW w/ ABS for a very good price (17,299). Mark took me over and offered to trade in the 85. I said Ok (here is the part where I am supposed to say Hell, NO!). So at 7 am this morning we were sitting on the bike waiting for someone to come. Now mind you, during my poking around of the bike, I found the remote and got the trunk and side saddlebags open. In the trunk was the cashbox for the retail portion of the dealership...if I wasn't so honest, we would have a nice downpayment....
To make a long story a bit shorter, they wouldn't give us what we wanted for the 85 but we still bought the bike. We take the 85 home tomorrow and come back next weekend to get the new bike home.
What was I thinking!?
