Christmas is when????????????????

chelelevYOu would think I would have been more on top of things, talking to customers all day about their Christmas gifts. Nope.
Um, that means the Christmas cards I started will wait until next year. I even had an ugly Christmas card to send out to the Man Child but that one never made it in from the car.
I need a magnifying glass to read the 10 digits on the back of my Ipod so that I can load it up with everything I have ripped to the computer.
Last night was a quiet night on the phones. A few panic people who we got squared away. Dude, you knew your package was supposed to be there by Dec.15, don't wait until 2 days before you leave to let us know it was lost. Yes, we will do a replacement and we will pay for next day air so that you have it before you leave for the holidays.
I can't find one of Mark's gifts. They are having free gift wrapping at Amazon today and tomorrow and I was going to take some things in. Most of his gifts are easy to wrap and I should get that out of the way today. I have to work tomorrow 7:30am to 2, Sat and Sun the usual 3pm to 2am. I've done two twelve hour days this week. It will be nice when this season is over and we can go back to normal hours.
Last night was freezing rain. My xBox does well in snow, it has the traction thing going. Ice? Not so well. I hate driving on ice, esp. when it is 2:30 in the morning and not a lot of traffic to clear the ice off the road. Ergo, idiots riding my bumper, get the hell away from me. I pulled over to let the asshole go (there were 3 cars of them, they must have had an asshole meeting somewhere) and was happily skidding along the side of the road, only stopping when I hit dry pavement. Hell yeah, I'm going to take my time getting home. If I had realized it was icky weather out, I might have jumped at the chance to go home early last night.
Off to see what I ordered from my employer. I think I got Mark way too much stuff this year. It's ok, he can the big Christmas this year.

FlyBoy's *main* gift is a new casual jacket from AMG's work. I had to have him there to try it on and he's loving wearing it. BEFORE Christmas, even! But I still have a few surprises up my sleeves.... including a pair of Sooner jammie pants!
