Not so fast
May. 8th, 2008 07:28 pmAre you sick of hearing abou the damn house hunting yet?
Sure, they accepted the offer with the following conditions:
Property shall be accepted "as is" with $500.00 towards any repairs found at inspection
1000.00 escrow
We do not have a remedy to go after seller for things that they knew about and didn't disclose, repair, etc.
Somebody knows something.
Not sure what we will do now. I am so tired of this. If I didn't hate this place so much, I would start seriously considering buying it. It still might come down to that. At least here, I know the floors are hardwood under the carpets, just would need to have them refinished.

Date: 2008-05-09 06:02 am (UTC)Emotionally, I have walked away from the house so I won't take to my bed if they reject our terms (or we have to reject their terms).
Off to see what else is out there.

I think the listing agent is feeding the fire and didn't like getting played by us during her open house.
