On just me. Me. Ok, a couple of things for Mark but primarily me.

I decided I would go to Hastings this morning b/c they had House Season 1 and 2 for 16.00 each. While standing in line at 6, all the people around me were there for the 179.00 60 gb refurbished iPods (the ones that play videos) and you got a $30.00 gift card. I began to get iPod envy. Not a good thing.

I gave in to my iPod envy. So I ran to the locked case with everyone else who had been in the line plus some lady I had not seen and she was NOT the first 10 or 12 people for the iPod. When we were all in a crowd, we were discussing who was in line where and some people were honest enough to say, no these people were in line before us. I validated their statements and told miss never seen before lady, you were not in the line with us. We knew who were in line, we'd spent two hours with them.

They wouldn't let us take the iPods and go to the register, we had to be walked. Fine. I followed the guy with the stack of them and stood there patiently while he looked for someone to ring me up. Found someone, he took box and I followed right behind him. He sat the box on the counter and out of no where the mystery lady appears and puts something else on top of the box and he rang that up too. I standing there going, Uh, that is my iPod, she wasn't in line this morning and all those people who were behind me over there at that register gets one before her. She did not even have the sense to look embarrassed at being outed. Some people.

They only had Season 1 of House by the time I got down buying the iPod. Which meant, I ventured out to Circuit City. The parking lot was a zoo and the lines were so long inside. I lucked out and found Season 2 hidden behind other DVDs. After standing in a line that had not moved in 20 minutes (and several games of Solitare and Spider Solitare), I followed the people in front of me over to auto stereos where there was not a line. One person a line does not make.

I ventured back to Hastings later this afternoon and got books, and Cds and move DVDs. I really need to look at my cds before going shopping. I bought one I already had (and discovered while sorting through the cds prior to ripping them to the computer that I had other duplicate cds). I have no brain cells left.

I will have to see if Hastings will take the unopened but not their cd back. I can show them the sticker that should be on it (and hopefully they can just make another one of those).

Back to ripping. I work tomorrow so need to make sure I get lots of sleep.

I am also pretty positive that I don't like turkey anymore. Mark can eat it all.
