So confused

I am getting extra help so that my calls don't go so long (some of that is not my fault) but still managed to get low enough expressed disatisfaction rate to have earned a bonus for December. Have no idea when I will see the money (6% of my gross wages for Dec) but I know it is coming. And my rate is even better this month so if the site qualifies again, I might even get more money!
