I am so tired of feeling like shit

I can't stand it. I don't know if it is the meds or something else. I get cravings, eat the craving (or attempt to) and then still don't feel good. Yesterday felt reasonably well so I ate (and ate and ate). Today, like crap, could barely muster up the energy to take a shower (and I needed it) and put real clothes on. Ended up not going out so all that effort was for nothing (the cats don't care if I have had a shower). Need to go out tomorrow though so will have to force myself.

Now I am having a hot flash. Haven't had those since my girly parts were taken out. Will pop some more estrogen to see if that helps.
