Sir, do not run your mouth for 45 minutes telling me about the poor service you got during your last 3 calls to us, if you had kept quiet for a couple of minutes, I might have been able to find out what the problem was. I realize you were missing your dinner, maybe you should have looked at the clock before calling us for the 4th time. I am sorry that it irks you that I am being paid to give such bad customer service. I am sorry that you have waste an hour of your precious day, you've wasted some of my day too. What was with all your emails to the company? Based on the time we terminated our call (told him I would have someone call him back), you spent quite a bit of time sending us complaining emails. Yes, I did have someone call you, you told him to go to hell. That call was recorded too. And, quit being such a xenophobe. You are no cake walk either and I am amazed that I had not hung up on you. Shut the fuck up.
Dude, don't give me negative feedback when the person you should have been complaining to is at the big brown truck. Have you looked out the window? Did you see the snow? We got your shipment out in time, we can't control other businesses or the weather. No, I am not refunding your shipping cost, they didn't even add up to $5.00. Get over it.
If you are going to purchase a 2k television, and we deliver it using our white glove service (the tv is unpacked, set it up where you want it and even hook it up so that you can see that it works. Don't call me all bitchy because once you moved your tv to where you wanted it that is wobbles. Someone will get in touch with you. Yes, I know what our return policy is and it much more difficult to return a 54 inch tv than a book. I can't just mail you a label. And, if you do return the tv, you are paying the shipping. Dumbass.
Finally, why the hell were you all calling us on Wednesday night? WTF? Seriously, the calls were back to back from 3 to 11. Go to bed! Watch cable. Do something other an annoy me.
