A little of this, a little of that.
Feb. 2nd, 2007 10:07 amI decided to get back into my crowd control security job. Last night I worked the Blue Man Group. What is awesome about this group, no one including us, can be standing during the show. So for the first time, I got to see a show I was working. All of it. Sitting in the center aisle about 20 rows back from the stage.
I was surprised that I actually liked it. Not sure if I liked it enough to actually pay to see them. They are messy so don't sit too close to the stage because you will get paint on you.
Now if I could only shift by working days to Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. I would be able to work the Gorge - that 10 am early call for Van Warped Tour will kill me if I have worked until 1 or 2 in the am the day before.
Gotta get to doing something. I do think part of the day will be the grocery store tour. I missed two last week because I spent so much time at the first stop of the tour. It is not like we are out of food - I can survive if the stores were to close for a month - it is just my food is frozen, canned, boxed and not prepared.
Off to at least look in the freezer and consider making stew - or chili. It is nippy out.
