chelelev | Another week down

Ok, only two nights of not being able to sleep in spite of the Ambian. The Day kitty did not suceed everynight in getting me up.

The phone call last week? The idiot at 2 am? That was Mark's work, he could have made some sweet money if we had been quicker to get to the phone.

I am still waiting for work to decide about my leave of absence. We are only leaving at the end of the month. I could manage to do it and wipe out every bit of paid leave I have and take some points. I really don't want to do that. My other option is to just quit. I would need to know that in advance so that I could burn all my personal time before leaving.

The cherries are done. We need to get out there and start picking. I still have to get all my shit out of the house for the church's rummage sale (which is next weekend). We have a mystery campout that weekend, then Mark has some ham radio thing the following weekend. The weekend after that? We leave for Montana. Our little old lady neighbor is in charge of the kitties so I need to give the house some sort of cleaning before she comes. I believe I have officially run out of time.

Props go to Mark for actually remembering where I had made reservations in South Dakota. They never sent a confirmation number so I had no idea where we were staying.

I am more excited about going to the Badlands and Yellowstone than the whole GoldWing rally. That will just be tons of people in a small space. We can't afford to be cruising all the vendors, each one will have something we absolutely *need*.

I also need to decide what tat and where I am getting it before hitting Sturgis. Suppose I should make sure that there is a place where I can get a tat in Sturgis when it is not Bike Week.
