  The pharmacy did not give me by Ambian refill, told Mark they needed to check with my doctor.  Then why does the label on my EMPTY bottle say 2 refills?  I am so stopping at the drug store on the way home.

I didn't fall asleep until after 3:00.  I had to be up this am since I have a dentist appointment during my WW time so I need to go to the 7:30 meeting.  I am so tired.  I took some Elavil but that takes so long to kick in - which could explain my inability to wake up.
 
I think I have everything but the bird.  I was at the grocery store last night and they had fresh turkeys there.  Frozen.  What is so fresh about that?   Since I was there so late, the meat department was closed or I would have asked whats up with the frozen turkeys?

Off to take a shower with hopes that will wake me up.

Pharmacy - two possibilities. 1) The script has expired even though there are refills. CVS will put on the bottle ## refills before date. The date is usually a year from when the script was written or first filled, but for some meds could be less time. (I think it was 6 months for vicoden)
2) They are incompetent twits.

Years ago I heard something about the whole fresh / frozen thing. That they can call a bird fresh even if it was sorta frozen. Has to do with the actual temp it was frozen to or how long it was frozen. Either way, it's complete BS.

They are twits. Guess who is not open on Saturdays any more? I am well within my year for the script to fail.

I poked at the turkeys at Safeway, they do seem to be fresh. Right on the label there is a comment that they don't recommend you freeze your fresh turkey, which basically means don't refreeze the sucker.

Turkey, stuffing (outside the bird, either a recipe from the Food Channel or another one I found), WW version of green bean casserole (using 94% fat free soup and no onions), garlic yams and mashed potatoes, potatoe rolls, maybe some dried corn, of course cranberries and olives (black).

Shit works for me. I see my Dr. on Tuesday and I was going to tell her that I wasn't getting anymore than 5 hours sleep and see if there is a higher dosage.

What doesn't work for me is trying to sleep without my Ambien. To be able to sleep before, I used to take about 4 Tylonal PMs and a couple of shots of vodka. Might be the plan for tonight.
