I got much more stable when I got married (those would be the cross country moves). Pre marriage, I was making a bad habit of moving every 6 months or so and going through the rotating door of my parent's house. Some of West Chester was out of the parental home and some was in the parental home. I think all that moving helped me deal with the military moves. I get antsy if I am not moving often (and accumulate way too much stuff in between).
