We went back to the house I liked on Sunday - the one with bigger yard for Mark.  It is a divorce sail, she is in no hurry to sell the house, would not be able to pay my agrent.   Fine bitch.  We  really woudl have  bought that house, it had 5 bedrooms, the kitchen needed work, neighborhood good.  Will probably go back to them if we don't find something we like (and hopefully they are feeling more pressured to sell).

My poor agent, he is going to earn his commision with us.   I don't like the new big open floor plans when there is absolutely no storage, kitchens are lacking in counter and cupboard space.  There are a few more I am interested in.

I don't want to have to buy this one.  It really does not work for us and it needs so much work.

Take your time - with the market as it is, she'll learn and the price will drop. Even here where the market is relatively good there have been houses for sale in my neighbourhood for over a year.

If your agent is good he's listening to you and learning your likes and dislikes and showing you only what suits you.

Really you're in a very good place right now to be buying, as long as your financing is good. No liar's loans! :-)

She is in no hurry, sell the house and she has to find a place to live. We'll revisit it but I am not as devasted as I thought I would be.

Financing good to go, pre approved. Doubt I could get a liar's loan if I wanted to now.
