Are you sick of hearing abou the damn house hunting yet? 

Sure, they accepted the offer with the following conditions: 

Property shall be accepted "as is" with $500.00 towards any repairs found at inspection

1000.00 escrow

We do not have a remedy to go after seller for things that they knew about and didn't disclose, repair, etc.


Somebody knows something.

Not sure what we will do now.  I am so tired of this.  If I didn't hate this place so much, I would start seriously considering buying it.  It still might come down to that.  At least here, I know the floors are hardwood under the carpets, just would need to have them refinished.

I know. I think our counter offer to their counter offer will kill the deal (or we will kill it when they accept our terms).

I am ok with walking away - even though it means no Cheleland or Safeway Annex and separate sewing room....
