My agent told her that and the 500.00 repair limit. I added that we would have to have remedy against them for disclosure issues.
Seems the owners want to know the house is going to someone who is going to love it as much as they did. Hello, I am buying your house not adopting your child.
I doubt they will agree to all my demands. If they do, the deal is back on the table. If they don't, deal is still dead.

Date: 2008-05-09 11:41 pm (UTC)They paid 233K for the house 2 years ago. I don't think there is much money for repairs which could explain the "as is" and 500.00 cap on repairs. Still, the fact they are having to sell the house w/in 2 years of buying it is not my issue.
I can spend my money somewhere else. The house wasn't all that but at 206, a good deal.
