Ok, I am taking the plunge here. Not sure who would want to read about my daily boring life but possibly someone might. And, it is time I quit reading other people's friend's listings (it is border lining on blatent eavesdropping) and try and develop my own friends.
I am trying to do the eliminate the 7 evil foods from your diet to try and see what sets off my food reactions. The 7 are: sugar (this hurts even though I am a diabetic and am not supposed to be having unrestricted amounts), peanuts, soy, wheat (this is in everything it seems), eggs, dairy and corn. Most of my favorite things are on this list. I thought it was bad reading the labels to figure out carbs for the diabetic diet (I fell off that wagon too long ago!) this is worse.
The tangerines and left over prime rib are mine, I tell you, mine.
