Training is over and I don't know a damn thing. Today was first call day. Oh. my. First call and I got fussed at. His complaint was legit but I wasn't allowed to use the "I'm new" card. I forgot to verify security a few times, I forgot to paraphrase more than once. I allowed my co-trainee to dictate when I should end the call. Yeah, I am being paid to sell the company, it is my company by virtue of the stock I can't touch yet that they gave me when I was hired. I forgot to apologize. I forgot everything I had been taught.
The good thing that happened this week? I got my second choice in shift bid. My new hours (starting Sunday) are: 3 pm to 2 am Sun., Mon., Weds., Sat. I picked those hours, I make a but more money doing those hours. My first bid, my dream shift was 9:30 to 6:30 M-Th. Not sure if anyone got that shift.
Mark was supposed to hear today about Vermont. Not a word. He tried calling and email people yesterday and today. At some point, he will have to turn the job down because he won't be able to get there in time. Michele. not. happy. about. this. Michele needs to know if she needs to be in line at BestBuy early Friday morning for the GPS unit on sale (and one of the reasons I picked the shift I did, so I would be off Friday).
Somewhere I have lost my little drug box. Of course, I am out of Ambian since I have filled my little drug box with my Sunday thru Saturday drug allotment and the Ambian bottle is empty. Must remember to go to the pharmacy tomorrow and get refills.
