My tickets have been printed
May. 16th, 2005 05:17 pmFor Tom Petty Sept. 2nd. Um, this gives me way too much time to misplace said tickets (like the debit card and one credit card, they continue to be in my possession since no one else is using them, just don't know where they are). I am known for my misplacing abilities. Possibly, if I could figure out how to a. keep up with my filing or b. throw the damn piles away, it would not be so difficult to find lost things. The worse of the piles? Longaberger. I am getting better about not keeping every piece of paper but am still hanging on to lots of pieces of paper. Not a good thing.
Maybe if we had a 3000 sq. foot house and I had a huge room full of filing cabinets....and the money to hire someone to come and do the actual filing? Wonder if the cats can get the hang of it if I leave the drawers open?

Date: 2005-05-17 03:55 am (UTC)Miss Chele, join me in the minimal paper lifestyle! As soon as the mail comes in the door it is opened and everything possible is recycled. If it has to be shredded it is torn in half and placed in the shred basket. If it has to be acted on it goes in the desktop basket. When I started working from home my employer tried to give me a printer and fax machine. I said NO. I do not want work paper cluttering up my house. I print nothing and nobody can fax me anything - if they need to get a paper to me they have to scan it and email it. Easy as using a fax machine, but I don't get any paper on my end.
So with this in mind, why do I have paper in six locations on my desk? Humph. :-)
