I knew what was going to happen the instant the paramedic said that wasnt his usual rig -- I was just hoping Abby wasnt close enough to get hurt and I'll lay $10 on the fact that Pratt was in the ambulance.
I knew something was up when there was that guy and the hose just working very slowly nearby.
But, does everyone that leaves the show (or makes us think he/she have left the show) have to go in an explosion? At least it wasn't an helicopter.
I have a feeling Abby might have been the one, the whole irony of reconnecting with Luka, their plans to just leave and begin somewhere else where no one knew them.
See, thats why I think it's Pratt -- bc he was so happy with his brother making it into med school, he was in love (finally) and picking out a ring, he was about to make chief, etc -- and with Pratt gone, Abby will feel like she needs to stay and Luka will come back to the ER.
Usually when someone is that happy and things in their life are going that well, the rug gets pulled out from under them.
It may be wishful thinking, but that's my guess. Maybe I'll look for some spoilers. ;o)
After doing some online reading, none of them may come back -- according to what I read, the only reason NBC could afford a 15th (and final? who knows) season would be through some budget cuts ... and that usually means firing the long-time, better paid actors and hiring some newer, cheaper blood.
So who knows .. but the explosion thing is funny, since that's how last season ended -- with the explosion near Neela. lol
They should just blow up the ER and be done with it, apparently.
so, I shouldn't watch my recording for a while, eh? thanks for the warning. (if you reply to this, I won't reply 'cause I don't want to see any spoilers others may have written in the comments)
I can wait. It's digital, so it won't get lost. (oops. I hit reply. Well, so far it's only showing me you're comment. I'll just need to close this window fast :) )
Did you record it? I have CSI recorded but need to catch up with all the previous episodes (along with just about every other show it seems). I am only up to date on Grey's Anatomy, Law and Order and Desparate Housewives.
